Florentine Times
I get to go to Florence twice a year for work. Every time I go, I have the most wonderful time (and food) with my co-workers and can’t wait to go back. I fall more and more in love with it each time and thought of nowhere else for an anniversary trip with Frank. Pan fried Pork Steaks with Asparagus & Parmesan
I officially love the dinner I cooked last night. It reminds me of the pork I had in Florence - simultaneously simple and indulgent. Plus, I saw the HUGE asparagus at the market and couldn’t resist the purchase. The butter and parmesan are a treat and make life worth living… well, in my opinion at least.
Ingredients - Serves 2
300g pork steaks

Lemon Polenta Cake
Frank has now made this lemon polenta cake two weekends in a row. Fabulously zingy and textured, it is perfect for any cake occasion. We serve it with creme fraiche.

Warm Butternut Squash Salad with pecorino &...
This Jamie Oliver salad is incredibly versatile - serve as a light lunch or a dinner party starter. I like to serve it on a big plate in the middle of the table so that everyone can help themselves.
