Mexican Feast
I absolutely love Mexican food. I have been to Thomasina Mier’s chain of restaurants, Wahaca, far too many times. I adore the margaritas and always have the seasonal sharing platter with Frank so that we get to try a bit of everything (although it’s always best when they’re serving the broad bean and feta quesadillas). Problem is, I can’t help but feel a little guilty after...

Bikram Yoga
I first tried Bikram Yoga a couple of years ago in Fulham. My friend was raving about it and as she is always looking so lithe and lean, I decided I should give it a go. Try to make this now while cauliflowers are in season - I did ask my man at the market to get me a beautiful Romanesco but he couldn’t get his hands on one… For shame. ...

Dukanish Ceviche
Dukan is taking over the world. Everyone seems to do it and everyone seems to lose weight on it. I’m all for a diet but I find the lack of vegetation completely unappealing. If I couldn’t come home from work and gnaw on a raw carrot, I would be a very unhappy girl. So while my friends have been doing Dukan properly, I’ve been copying them on the protein front but eating...
